Michelle is an innovator with a specialized expertise in developing and growing lifestyle hospitality brands. She has executed projects from concept to market with some of the world’s leading names in hospitality. She has worked in acquisitions and development with Ian Schrager Company, Generator Hostels, King & Grove and WeLive / WeWork. Previously, Michelle was a member of the Lodging Investment Banking Group at Cantor Fitzgerald and JF Capital Advisors. Michelle received her BA in Architecture and Sustainable Design from Brown University.

Shiry is an industry leader in bringing hotels to life. She has led several teams in creating properties from concept to opening as the head of acquisitions and development. She has worked with King & Grove, the Chetrit Organization, Venn and WeLive / WeWork. Previously, Shiry worked as a Construction Engineer for Turner Construction and the American Bridge Company. Shiry received her BS in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon, her Masters in Civil Engineering from Columbia University, and her MBA from Wharton.

Ben is an award winning hospitality entrepreneur best known for developing Ian Schrager’s global luxury lifestyle brand, EDITION Hotels. Ben was integral in the development of the brand’s identity through world class cultural programming and brand marketing. He previously launched numerous hotels with Morgans Hotel Group, King & Grove, Ruschmeyers, and Surf Lodge among others. Ben is the founder of A Hotel Life, a travel platform with over 140,000 subscribers. Most recently he has been recognized for his efforts in responsible hospitality launching STAY PLASTIC FREE. Ben sits on the board of ocean conservation charity Project 0.
